The work that moves the needle.
Six things we do for media and events businesses — clean HubSpot implementations, smart automation, and teams that actually know how to use what they've got.
HubSpot Implementation.
Full CRM setup from scratch, or a clean migration off whatever has been duct-taped together so far. We design the schema, configure the pipelines, import the data and train the people who will actually use it.
Contact & company schema design
Properties mapped to how your team actually thinks about delegates, sponsors and accounts. No more generic out-of-the-box defaults.
Pipeline configuration
Sales, sponsor renewal and any other pipelines configured around real deal stages. Probabilities and forecasting set up to match.
Custom properties & lifecycle stages
Subscriber, delegate, sponsor, exhibitor and partner lifecycles modelled properly. Automation that moves people through them without human intervention.
Native integrations
Forms, marketing email, ads, meetings and the rest of the HubSpot toolkit wired together so nothing has to be re-keyed.
Data clean-up & import
We dedupe, normalise and audit your legacy records before they land in HubSpot. Garbage out is garbage forever.
User onboarding
Each role gets a tailored walkthrough and a written playbook. People leave the room knowing what to click and why.
Sales Pipeline Design.
Build a pipeline that reflects how your deals actually close — not a textbook funnel that nobody updates. Forecasts your commercial director can defend, sequences your reps will actually follow, hygiene that runs itself.
Deal stage mapping
Stages that mean something — entry criteria, exit criteria, the artefact required to advance. No more "qualified" that means seven different things to seven reps.
Probability & forecasting setup
Weighted forecasting tied to historical close rates, not gut feel. A monthly number leadership can plan against.
Automated task sequences
Follow-up cadences that fire when a deal moves, when it stalls, and when a renewal window opens. Reps stop forgetting; nothing slips.
Reporting dashboards
Pipeline coverage, velocity, win-rate by source, sponsor renewal exposure. The metrics your board actually asks about.
Rep playbooks
Per-stage talking points, qualification questions and email templates baked into HubSpot, where the deal already lives.
Pipeline hygiene workflows
Stale deals nudged, missing fields flagged, ghost deals archived. The pipeline stays clean without anyone policing it.
Events Automation.
Automate the full event lifecycle in HubSpot — from the first invitation through to the post-event nurture. The hours your team currently loses chasing RSVPs and updating spreadsheets, given back.
Registration & confirmation flows
Branded sign-up forms, conditional logic, instant confirmations and calendar invites. Zero spreadsheets, zero last-minute panic.
Attendee segmentation
Delegates, sponsors, speakers, VIPs and press all tagged automatically. The right people get the right comms, every time.
Pre/post-event email sequences
Reminder cadences, day-of logistics, thank-yous and feedback requests — all triggered without a marketing manager hitting send.
Sponsor & exhibitor tracking
Deliverables, payment status and contract milestones tracked in HubSpot alongside the deal. No more parallel sponsor sheet.
Attendance reporting
Who registered, who showed, who engaged. Sponsor reports written themselves and ready by Monday morning.
Eventbrite / Cvent integrations
Native or built-to-order syncs with Eventbrite, Cvent, Bizzabo and the rest. Registrants land in HubSpot in real time, not in a CSV next Wednesday.
Integrations.
Connect HubSpot to the rest of your stack — finance, billing, events platforms, data warehouses, the bespoke thing your CTO built in 2019 — so customer data lives in one place and reports update on their own.
Zapier workflow builds
Multi-step Zaps that handle the long tail of integrations no native connector covers. Reliable, documented and named so future you can find them.
API & webhook connections
Direct integrations where Zapier is too brittle or too expensive. Built to handle volume, retries and edge cases.
Data sync between platforms
Two-way syncs with the systems of record so HubSpot, finance and operations all agree on the same customer.
Error monitoring & alerting
Failed syncs surface in Slack within minutes, not when a customer complains a week later.
Documentation & handover
Every integration shipped with a written runbook so your team can debug, extend or hand it to a new agency without us in the room.
Ongoing maintenance option
APIs change. We watch the integrations, patch them when vendors deprecate endpoints, and fix things before they break.
Team Training.
Get your team actually using the tools. The best HubSpot setup in the world is wasted if the people in front of it default back to spreadsheets the moment they're under pressure.
Role-based training sessions
Sales, marketing, events and operations each get their own session. No generic "Intro to HubSpot" that bores half the room.
Custom playbooks & SOPs
Written documentation that lives in HubSpot itself — what to do, when, and why. New starters onboard in days, not months.
Live Q&A workshops
Open sessions where people bring real, half-broken workflows and we fix them together. Far stickier than another slide deck.
HubSpot certification support
We help your team pass the official HubSpot certifications. Good for them, good for retention, good for your partner-tier credit.
Recorded session library
Every session recorded, indexed and searchable. The team that joins next year can still learn from the team that joined this year.
30-day follow-up support
A month of post-training office hours so questions get answered while they are fresh, not buried until the quarterly review.
Monthly Support.
An ongoing partner, not a one-off vendor. Monthly hours that flex across builds, fixes, training top-ups and the strategic check-ins that keep your platform healthy as your business changes.
Dedicated monthly hours
A fixed pool of hours each month that you can spend on whatever moves the needle — builds, fixes, audits, advice.
Priority Slack/email access
A shared channel with your named team. Most questions get answered same-day, urgent things sooner.
Regular strategy check-ins
Monthly calls to look at what is and isn't working. We bring observations from the platform; you bring what is changing in the business.
Platform health audits
Quarterly deep-dives into integrations, automation, data quality and adoption. Issues caught and fixed before they bite.
Ad-hoc builds & fixes
New workflow, new property, broken Zap, weird report — drop it in the queue and we'll handle it.
Quarterly reporting
A written read on platform usage, ROI on the work we did, and the three things worth doing next quarter. Forwardable to your board.
Straightforward engagements.
Three shapes of work, and the plain-English version of when each one is the right fit. We will tell you which on the first call.

-
Do you only work with HubSpot?
We're a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner and it's our platform of choice. But we've also built systems on Monday.com, integrated with tools like Streamtime, Podio, and Actionstep, and we design Zapier workflows for just about anything. We start with what you need, not what we sell.
-
We're a small team - is this for us?
Most of our clients have between 25 and 60 people. We're not building enterprise systems. We're building systems that fit how your team actually works.
-
What does a free diagnostic actually involve?
It's a 30-minute call where we look at how your sales and marketing operations are running and show you where the biggest opportunities are. No pitch. No commitment. You'll leave with clear next steps whether or not you work with us.
-
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope, but most projects run 4 to 12 weeks. We've also worked with clients for over four years on an ongoing basis. We're happy to scope something small to start.
-
What makes you different from a big HubSpot agency?
You get senior people. No handoffs to juniors learning on your account. No six-week onboarding before we touch your CRM. Our founder has spent over a decade inside media and events businesses — he's not learning your industry on your dime.
-
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need. Most engagements start with a paid Discovery Workshop, which typically runs A$1,500 to A$3,500 depending on complexity. Projects range from A$10,000 to A$30,000. Ongoing retainers start at A$2,000 per month. We'll always give you a clear scope and price before any work begins.
-
We've tried a CRM before and it didn't stick. What's different this time?
Usually the problem isn't the CRM it's that nobody set it up for how your team actually works, and nobody trained them on it properly. We do both. Every system we build comes with hands-on training, and we stick around to make sure people are actually using it.
-
Can you help if we already have HubSpot but it's not working?
Absolutely. A lot of our work is fixing HubSpot setups that have gone sideways. Messy data, unused features, pipelines that don't match how the team sells. We audit what you have, clean it up, and rebuild what needs rebuilding.
-
Do you work with companies outside media and events?
We do. Our niche is media, events, and subscription businesses, but we've also worked with law firms, creative agencies, and professional services companies. If your sales and marketing ops need fixing, we're happy to have a conversation.
-
What's the first step?
Fill in the short form on our contact page and we'll be in touch within 24 hours. If there's a fit, we'll book a free 30-minute diagnostic call.
Find out where to start.
Not sure what you need or whether we are the right fit? Book a short call. We will take a look at where things stand, give you an honest picture of what could be improved, and point you in the right direction, whether that ends up being with us or not.
No obligation · No sales pitch · Just a useful conversation
